On January 17, it was reported that researchers from Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology, South Korea, had recently announced that they had successfully developed a new type of "deformable polymer electrolyte lithium ion battery".
This kind of battery is made of nano materials, which is safer and more reliable than the liquefied electrolyte of traditional lithium ion battery. Especially in the high-temperature environment, the performance of polymer electrolyte is more stable and controllable.
