The third is to strengthen exchanges between universities and enterprises, establish a complete production, teaching and research system. The fourth is to strengthen cooperation with finance, and promote the deep concentration and coordinated development of lithium battery industry in appropriate regions through the combination of industry and finance.

Qi Lu emphasized that "the current energy density is almost inversely proportional to the safety of lithium batteries, so it is urgent to solve the safety and reliability of lithium batteries for electric vehicles."
In his opinion, batteries with appropriate energy density are more conducive to the development of electric vehicle industry. Pure electric vehicles with a range of 200-300km can basically meet the needs of urban residents.
